1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rk4444 ("rk4444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rk4444 website located at rk4444.net and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and payment processing facilities.

3 Account Registration & Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

rk4444 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rk4444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your rk4444 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. rk4444 does not charge any fee for standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including deposits made by a friend, family member, or any other party on your behalf — are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation. Where a third-party deposit is confirmed, rk4444 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and close the receiving account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

5.2 Bonus Abuse

rk4444 promotes fair and honest use of its bonus offers. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Placing low-risk, opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (bonus arbitrage)
• Using automated scripts or software to place bets while claiming bonus funds
• Systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer

Where bonus abuse is detected, rk4444 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, apply a wagering block to the account, or close the account entirely without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spins expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to monitor your bonus balance and expiry dates within your account dashboard.

6 Game Rules & Betting

Where a game round is interrupted and the outcome cannot be determined due to a server-side technical fault, the round will be settled in accordance with the game studio's official disconnection policy, which typically results in the return of the stake.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You must not use rk4444 in any manner that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure, or interfere with any other player's access to and enjoyment of the platform.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

7.2 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any bug, error, or technical vulnerability that could potentially be exploited within the rk4444 platform, you are obligated to report it to our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Exploiting a known bug for financial gain is treated as fraud regardless of the scale of the advantage obtained.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

rk4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe
• A player voluntarily requesting self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age
• Court order or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Extended periods of account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without a login)

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your rk4444 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, rk4444 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to any remaining dormant balance. This fee will continue until either the account is reactivated with a successful login or the balance reaches zero. No maintenance fees will be applied to accounts with a zero balance.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the rk4444 platform. rk4444's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rk4444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game content.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with rk4444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rk4444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
